Butterfly challenge: #61 butterflies + k is for kraft card and or

Pretty butterfly card Val lemon and green always look good together. Hi Val, this is such a gorgeous card and your background colours you have created look very stunning. Beautiful ribbon, bow, butterfly, and paerture too.

Lots of crafty love. Jenny L. Such a beautiful card Val, I'm afraid that time just slipped away from me this time. Sue xx. Love, love the green and yellow combination on this card.

Glad you managed to come and spin the butterfly challenge this week. Hugs Mrs A. Hi Val A lovely colour combo and more of your lovely die work! A good idea to have some cards with no sentiments "ready and waiting" for adding one later!

Must try that! Hope you are well and have seen some lovely sunshine this week. Love Jules xx. I have gremlins at work. Having to work from my iPad which just won't give me access to the page settings in order to reset the page which I took down to add the Bi- fold cards. Can't do anything until I can get back onto the Internet. Don't you just love technology!!

Pages Home. Monday, 25 February Butterfly Challenge I think I've just about managed to sneak in at the end of the time with a card for the Butterfly challenge. We are on the letter 'A' this time with a choice of any or all of aperture, almond, apple green, amber, acetate, anything.

I've managed to use all but the acetate on my card where I started by cutting a shaped aperture from a piece of almond pearlescent card, popping in a piece of card which I'd coloured with Oxide inks and Pixie powders amber and apple green.

I decided to leave this card without a sentiment because it is always handy to have a few cards in case anyone wants one in which they can write their own message not related to any particular occasion. There is still just about time to take part in this challenge if you are quick and Mrs. A has made some great cards for inspiration - prizes to be had as well, so win, win situation!

I remember getting one of those in my stocking when I was a child and being mesmerized by it. Hi Jenny, It's Norm here. This might take a while as I'm having to type with my left hand. Thankyou for following my exploits all this past month and leaving me such lovely comments.

I'm really chuffed at having a fan base. Secretly pleased though that I don't have to get up early anymore and race through my breakies in order to check through my photos and write my post up for the day. Hugs Norm. Lovely shaker card I've made a couple of these recently and thoroughly enjoyed doing them Sorry I've missed a few posts Most of the time it's been Blogger not letting me leave a comment.Very pretty and love the way you have turned the square to be a diamond.

I was delighted when I arrived home from my two months in Australia to find a Butterfly prize! Thank you Mrs A!!! And I am going to try and use it today I have followed the instructions quite carefully apart from using a square die for the aperture. I used kraft to make the tags, happy birthday and extra butterflies.

These butteflies are ones that I have used so many times over the years Stampin Up Beautiful Wings tied together with twine. I used more twine to knot on the tags and a tie round the spine. Love the die cut shapes and the gorgeous butterfly. I was reading through your instructions for using the Misti, but not having one, I was getting slightly confused.

As I continued reading, I couldn't work out why you hadn't stamped the sentiment first, then die cut the shape so that the sentiment was in the right place This is so beautiful Di with that pale blue denim coloured paper and then the Resplendent Rectangles and the pretty butterfly using the denim for the top layer works wonderfully, and that ink is the perfect complementary shade of blue So pretty Di.

But your end result is gorgeous, so delicate and elegant jane. That's pretty and made the deadline I imagine. Had to smile at your adventures with the Misti before you realised it could have had a simple solution - sort of thing I'd do!! Hi Di, what a very wonderful card for the butterfly challenge. I love your design, and the wonderful stamped sentiment. Such a very gorgeous butterfly also. I see you had more luck with finding denim card or paper than I did.

Lots of crafty love. Jenny L. Really lovely card Di.

Hugs, Sarn xxx. This is super-pretty!! Great interpretation of the Butterfly challenge theme and love the frames, it's a so elegant and feminine card!

This is gorgeous -- I love every single die you used on this. That paper really does look like worn denim, and I see dimension aplenty, so I think you're good there. Lovely card, Di. I love the blue denim background.Ooh nice challenge. These images are so pretty. I failed dismally at the last one but hope to do better with this. The monkeys are very entertaining, though I can see it might be exhausting.

I am in desperate need of inspiration to get back into crafting after a month of traveling, maybe this will do it for me. This sounds like a lot of fun!

Your cards are gorgeous a riot of colour and pretty images. It's that die that has me drooling, added to the long ever growing list of must haves! I like the kaleidoscope colors on these inspiration cards, but I went monochromatic with the kraft. I've added a link to the challenge.

I can't believe I forgot it. Thanks for reminding me Mrs.
